The application of the QMS in quality control are performed from designing stage, based on customer’s special requirements to control the key points items. Strictly implement 03S4 philosophy：
+/ 0 : 0ppm；+/ 3: 3 “not” policy: don’t accept defects, don’t make defects, don’t pass-on defects
+/ S: Skill Up;
+/ 4M: Manpower, machine, material, method
